Inici de la Cantata "Rambla Llibertat"

Aquesta setmana hem assajat les dues primeres cançons de la cantata "Rambla Llibertat":

 

HOW TO MAKE 18 CUPCAKES.

INGREDIENTS:                                         

-          3 eggs                                                       

-          200 gr. of sugar

-          200 g of white flour                                                       

-          100 ml of milk                                                   

-          A grated lemon peel                                           

-          200 ml of olive oil                                                         

-          ½ teaspoon of salt     

-          A teaspoon of vanilla                                                   

-          1 bag of yeast     (Royal)                                                 

MATERIAL:

-          A big bowl

-          A soup spoon

-          18 cupcake tins

-          3 six cupcake molds

-          A scale

-          An oven

-          3 oven tries

-          A mixer with power whisks.

PROCEDURE:

1-      In a bowl, mix the eggs and the sugar till you have a cream. 

 2- Add the flour, the oil, the lemon peel, the milk, the salt, the vanilla and, at the end,  the yeast...

 3- Stir all the ingredients whith the power whisk till you have homogenous dough without lumps

 4- Pre-heat the oven (250º C)
 

5- Pour the dough in the cupcake tins and save in the fridge half an hour.     

 6- Cook in the oven, at 180 ºC, more or less 20 minutes or till they have a golden brown colour.
